应用液氮治疗剥脱性牙龈病损的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨应用液氮低温治疗剥脱性牙龈病损的临床疗效。方法:在隔湿病损区的基础上,用棉签沾上液氮放置在病变区进行冷冻,治疗过程中不用麻醉,亦无需消毒,但要充分暴露病损区,冷冻时注意保护周围黏膜组织及牙齿,每个病区冷冻1～2min,反复冻融2～3次,每隔2～3周重复1次。结果:本组32例患者,经2～4次重复冷冻,全部患者均达到了临床痊愈效果,经6个月～1年的随访观察,无复发现象。随访时病损完全消失,无疤痕形成,无变形及功能障碍,病损区牙龈组织色泽、质地均恢复正常。结论:应用液氮低温治疗剥脱性牙龈病损达到痊愈的临床效果,重复冷冻是治愈剥脱性牙龈病损的关键。Objective To explore the application of liquid nitrogen in the treatment of exfoliative gum lesion. Method Gum lesion areas were frozen with liquid nitrogen without anesthesia and disinfected, but fully exposed area and protect the mucous membrane and around the teeth, each area was frozen 1 - 2 minutes for 2 - 3 times and repeated every 2 - 3 weeks. Results In this group of 32 patients, after 2 - 4 times frozen, all the patients had reached clinical cure effect by 6 months - 1 year follow - up with no recurrence. Conclusion Application of liquid nitrogen for exfoliative gum lesions has curative clinical efficacy and repeat frozen exfoliative gum lesions is essential.
