摘　　要：所研究的是脱离公用电话网而完全基于Internet的真正的IP电话,利用成熟的网络来进行IP语音通信。系统设计与实现嵌入式安全IP电话机,它可以更好地利用网络资源,实现方便、快捷、保密的电话通信与文件传输。方法是使用S3C44B0嵌入式开发板,Linux操作系统,MiniGUI为图形用户支持系统。设计实现了安全IP电话机的图形界面系统,主要有时间显示、电话簿、电话管理(用户管理和电话簿管理)、网络文件传输等。本系统有以下一些优点:①高速度。②界面友好、时尚,功能丰富,操作简单。③使用触摸屏为用户接口。④系统支持文件保密传输。The objective researched is VOIP which is a real internet phone,voice communication over internet but not PSTN. We designed and implemented an embedded security VolP, which can make better use of the network resource,and achieve communication and file transfer＇s convenience, shortcut and security. The method uses S3C44B0 development board,Linux as operation system,and MiniGUI as GUI that realized the GUI of the VoIP. It includes time display,phonebook, phone management（user management and phonebook management）, file transfer over internet, etc. The VolP system has some technological advantages： High transfer speed; interface friendly and fashion, function abundance, use simply; use touch screen as user interface; transfer file security.
