摘　　要：目的探讨角膜铁锈异物的剔除方法及愈后。方法在剔除过程中,采用术前、术中、术后应用抗生素滴眼液预防治疗感染。结果术后无1例感染发生。结论合理使用抗生素,角膜铁锈异物无残留彻底剔除,是预防感染影响视力的重要步骤。Objective To investigate the extractive methods and the prognosis of corneal rust foreign body operation. Methods To prevent and treat infection by Using antibiotics gutta before, during and after operation. Results It has no infection occurrence after operation. Conclusion It is the key procedure for preventing infection and visual influence by using antibiotics reasonably and extracting absolutely.
