摘　　要：随着网络技术的发展和网络信息资源的呈指数增长,信息检索课进入了全新的教学环境。成功地实施网络环境下的教学和学习,是新形势下的新任务、新机遇、新挑战。本文从学生心理现状入手,深入分析当前医药信息检索课程教学所面临的一些问题,在此基础上运用教育心理学原理在学生主动学习的引导及潜能的发挥、教学方式的转变以及教学中人格培养等方面进行改进与探索。With the development of network technology and network information resources. Information Retrieval Course enter come into the new Teaching and learning environment.Teaching are new tasks, new opportunities, new challenges under the network environment. We analyze the problems of retrieval teaching. We guide students in active learning and achieve psychological unity and change in teaching methods and personality cultivation to carry out practice and exploration by using education psychology theory.
