对医学进修生开展医学文献检索教学培训的思考

摘　　要：医学图书馆文献信息检索的开展,使临床医务人员能广泛地收集到国内外的前沿科学信息,以指导实践。教学医院图书馆在对进修医生的文检方面应该给于一定的指导,使他们符合时代发展的要求。To develop medical documents searching for clinical doctors in the library can search widely recent scientific information at home and abroad, and conducts practice. As a library of a teaching hospital should teach or train the advanced-study students in document searching. For them to control searching documents can make up for clinical work, and accords with requiring of times.
