664例瓷修复体的Vitapan 3D-Master比色板选色调查分析

摘　　要：目的比较Vitapan 3D-Master比色板与广州地区人群牙冠颜色的适应性及分布频率。方法统计分析664例前牙烤瓷修复体的比色记录。结果亮度3系列是临床最常选用的色系,占44.81%,往下依次为亮度2、4、5和1系列。26种色标按选色频率大小排列顺序是:3M2、2M2、3M3、2R2.5、2M3、4M2、2R1.5、3L2.5、3R1.5、4R1.5、3R2.5、3L1.5、5M1、2L1.5、2L2.5、3M1、4M1、5M2、2M1、4R2.5、4L1.5、1M2、4L2.5、4M3、1M1、5M3。结论广州地区人群的前牙颜色有以下特点:亮度和饱和度相对集中在中间的区域,色相比较偏红色调。Vitapan3D-Master比色板仍不能完全满足中国人牙色的要求。Objective To compared the adaptability of Vitapan 3D-Master shade guide with natural teeth color of the people in Guangzhou and the distribution frequency. Method Statistical analyses of color-mathing records of 664 anterior teeth.Results The autheor found that series value=3 was main shade in anterior teeth, accounted for 44.81%, series value=2,4,5,1 accounted for 36.32% 13.84% 4.09% 0.94%respectively. The arrangment of 26 shade tabs by using frequency was 3M2,2M2,3M3,2R2.5,2M3, 4M2,2R1.5,3L2.5,3R1.5,4R1.5,3R2.5,3L1.5,5M1,2L1.5,2L2.5,3M1,4M1,5M2,2M1,4R2.5,4L1.5,1M2,4L2.5,4M3,1M1,5M3. Conclusions The principal part of anterior teeth color of the people in Guangzhou has the following characteristics： value and chroma is relatively concentrated in the middle of the area ,hue tend to be red. Vitapan 3D-Master shade guide still can＇t completely meet the requirements of teeth color of Chinese.
