摘　　要：目的:建立RP-HPLC法测定乐脉颗粒中丹参素、原儿茶醛、芍药苷和阿魏酸4种有效成分的含量。方法:采用Dia-monsil-C18(200mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸为流动相梯度洗脱,流速1.0mL·min-1,柱温30℃,检测波长230nm。结果:丹参素、原儿茶醛、芍药苷和阿魏酸浓度分别在22.0～440,1.90～38.0,71.0～1.42×103,0.640～12.8μg·mL-1范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r>0.9995);方法平均回收率(n=9)分别为100.8%,98.6%,101.1%,99.7%。结论:本方法简便、准确,重复性好,可用于同时测定乐脉颗粒中丹参素、原儿茶醛、芍药苷和阿魏酸的含量。Objective ：To develop an RP- HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of 4 components（ danshensu, protoeatechuic aldehyde, paeoniflorin and ferulic acid） in Lemai granules. Method ：The analysis was carried on a Diamonsil -C18 （200 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm） column. The mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile and 0. 1% phosphoric acid with gradient elution and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1 The detection wavelength was set at 230 nm and column temperature was 30 ℃. Result：The linear ranges of danshensu,protocateehuic aldehyde,paeoniflorin and ferulic acid were 22.0-440,1.90 -38.0,71.0 - 1.42 x 103,0.640 - 12.8μg·mL^-1 （r 〉 0. 9995 ） , respectively ;The average recoveries（ n = 9） were 100. 8% ,98.6% , 101.1% , and 99.7% , respectively. Conclusion：This method is simple and can be used to determine the above 4 components with satisfactory accuracy and reproducibility.
