摘　　要：柠檬苦素类似物是一类具有广泛生物活性的三萜化合物,富含于柑桔属的橘、橙、柚中。本文重点概述了椪柑中柠檬苦素的含量分布和提取纯化的方法,并探讨椪柑中柠檬苦素所具有的抗肿瘤、抗病毒、镇痛、抗炎、抗氧化等功能的产业化应用开发。Limonoids are a group of related triterpene derivatives with a wide range of biological activity, rich in the tangerine,orange and grapefruit.In this paper, a review was presented on the recent advances in limonoids, including the methods of their extraction and distribution in Citrus Peng, the research development of limonoids were discussed, with their various bioactivities including anticancer activity, antivirus activity, antiinflammatory, alleviating pain,antioxidant and so on.
