摘　　要：针对现有政府知识管理系统的局限性和政府知识管理的复杂性,采用面向多Agent的系统设计方法,设计了一个基于多Agent的政府知识管理系统模型,给出了系统模型实现的一些关键技术。该模型由多个Agent来协同实现政府知识的异构整合、知识推送、知识利用等服务,以满足政务知识管理的异构知识集成、智能化决策、个性化服务等实际需求。Aiming at the limitation in the existing research of GKMS （govemment knowledge management system） and the complexity of government knowledge management, the model based on multi-agent of GKMS by multi agents-based system design method is designed. To meet the actual needs of E-government knowledge management, such as the integration of heterogeneous knowledge, the intelligent decision-making and the personalized service etc, the model is constituted by multi-agents, which cooperates with each other to provide the service of the heterogeneous knowledge integration, the knowledge push and the knowledge application and so on. And some key technique that about the realization of the system model is introduced.
