摘　　要：条码扫描、视频摄像功能是装备管理、设备维修的有效途径,是实现我军信息化管理的重要组成部分;针对装备维修器件种类繁多、维修方法复杂多样的现状,利用EVC开发了具有条码扫描、视频摄像功能的便携式设备;硬件平台采用PXA255微处理器,在此基础上对SE4400 2D成像仪引擎进行开发,通过主机的串口控制成像仪引擎进行条码扫描、摄像等操作,详细描述了成像仪解码器PL4407与计算机的通信方式、数据格式,以及在Windows CE.NET系统下程序的开发过程,最后以摄像功能为例叙述了程序的实现流程。Bar Code Scanner and camera functions are effective way to manage equipment and maintenance device, which is an important part of our army＇s information management. Aiming at the conditions of varieties of maintenance devices of equipment and complexities of maintenance methods, a portable equipment was developed by EVC, which has the function of bar code scanner and camera. Hardware platorm adopting the microprocessor of PXA255, based on which the SE4400 2D Imager Engine was developed. The computer controls the Imager Engine to scan bar code and video through the serial port. The communication mode and data format between PL4407 decoder and computer are described in detail, and the program＇s development process under Windows CE. NET system is introduced. At last, the example of camera function is used to explain the process of program realization.
