摘　　要：如何构建既安全又廉价的企业网络是当前企业信息化实施的重要基础问题,提出了基于ISA Server的软件VPN服务器解决方案,可以很好地解决企业网络安全与低成本兼顾的问题。通过一个具体的软件VPN服务器的组建实例,阐述了软件VPN服务器的优点。经过工程实践验证,可以安全地进行水利信息传输。How to build a secure and low-cost enterprise network is the basic issue for enterprises information. This paper puts forward a solution of software VPN server based on ISA Server, which can meet the need of network security and low cost for enterprises perfectly. This paper introduces the advantage of software VPN server through a detailed construction example. It has been proved by the engineering practice that water conservancy information transmission can be conducted securely by the software VPN server solution.
