发达国家农村金融市场发展的经验与启示

摘　　要：本文首先考察了美国、法国、德国、日本等发达国家农村金融市场发展的现状,然后对各国农村金融市场发展的共性与差异进行了比较,并对农村金融市场发展的国际经验进行了总结,在此基础上,提出了针对我国农村金融市场发展的政策启示。本文研究表明,健全的农村金融组织体系、发达的合作金融组织、强有力的政府扶持、完善的法律制度,都是确保农村金融市场健康发展的基础条件。This paper firstly examines the status quo of rural financial market development in United States, France, Germany, Japan and India, founds out the common and differing points, and summed up the international experience of rural financial market development. On this basis, it puts forward policies for China＇s rural financial market development. The paper reveals that accomplished rural financial system, developed cooperation financial institutions, strong government support, and sound legal system are all necessary conditions for rural financial market＇s healthy development.
