摘  要:以立体视觉为理论基础,建立数学模型,通过X射线成像方法对试件内部缺陷进行定位。在检测过程中,使试件移动一个小的距离,获得移动前后两幅图像,通过视差(Parallax)的方法求出缺陷深度。用仿真方法对数学模型进行了验证,用误差理论分析方法对可能影响测量结果的误差进行重点分析,给出提高精度的最直接有效方法。本文提出的缺陷检测方法简单、精确,可应用于实践。Based on the binocular stereo vision theory, mathematics model was designed, inside defect was located with the method of X-ray digital radiography. In the processing of test, the target workpiece moved a short way, then got the two pictures of moved and before moved, With parallax method computed the depth of the defect. Has proved to the mathematics model with the simulating method, analyzed to the error with the error analysis theory, Draw relation curve of every error and measuring result, and then put forward the method of systematic parameter adjusting set up reference point to reduce the error influence. It is a simple, precise method that is advanced in this paper. Its can be apply to practice.
