摘　　要：学院计算机机房存在着机器多、使用时间长、管理难度大等特点,并且还不适合人工管理方式。文章根据学院特点,提出基于IC卡的机房管理与监控系统设计方案,实现了全自动无人值守管理模式,通过采用分布式管理、数据加密、对学生机的限制等技术,在确保数据安全、可靠基础上,设计了一个健壮、实用的系统。The school compute room has many characteristics, such as substantial computer, the long time used and difficult to manage, which are not suitable for artificial management. The thesis according to the college features, based on the IC card room management and monitoring system design which implement an unattended automatic management mode. Through a number of technologies, such as distributed management, data encryption and constrain to the student＇s computer, to ensure data security, reliable foundation for provide users with a powerful, practical system.
