摘　　要：为促进企业经济增长方式的转变,针对现有产品成本管理的弊端,从企业内外部两方面影响环境成本管理的因素出发,提出推进+引导的企业环境成本管理模式。以陕西省资源型企业为例,探讨环境成本管理模式在现实中的选择和设计,并从完善政策制度安排方面,提出促进企业实施环境成本管理的对策。For compulsively speeding up the transform of economic growth methods, from the point of interior and exterior factors of affecting enterprises＇ environmental cost management ,this paper brings forward a mode for promoting and leading enterprises to practice ,and takes energy and resource enterprises in shanxi province for example, discusses how to select and design the mode into practice, finally on the aspect of improving fiscal policy system ,raises some countermeasures to promote enterprises to practice environmental cost management.
