摘　　要：从水电施工中人的不安全行为出发,根据不安全行为的表现进行分类,分析了不安全行为产生的原因,并从安全教育培训、安全管理、职业适应性选择、优化作业环境四个方面提出了切实可行的控制措施,为水电施工安全管理提供了借鉴与指导。Based of the unsafe behaviors in the construction of hydropower station, this paper classifies the unsafe behaviors, analyzes their causes and makes an in-depth study on the measures to control the unsafe behaviors, including safety training, safety management, choice of career adaptability and optimization of operating environment, all of which are practicable. It also provides a doable manual for controlling the unsafe behaviors and a new direction for the safety management of the hydropower station construction.
