摘　　要：批评语言学认为,任何语言的使用都不是透明的,而是会受到社会结构、制度等方面的影响。立法语篇作为一种特殊的话语,在其遣词造句等方面都存在着极其特殊的表现形式,因此本文采用及物性理论,分析我国的立法语篇,旨在揭示其中所隐含的权力意识问题。Critical linguists have such an idea that any use of the language is opaque, and determined by the social structures, social institutions and so on. The legislative discourse, as a special genre, has the unusual form of expression in choosing words, making sentences etc. Therefore, this paper employs the transitivity approach to analyze the Chinese legislative discourses and aims to discover the hidden ideology behind the legislative discourses.
