肾细胞癌中Livin的表达及其意义

摘　　要：目的探讨凋亡抑制蛋白Livin的表达及与肾细胞癌发生、发展的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学及逆转录一聚合酶链反应（RT．PCR）技术检测38例肾细胞癌和10例正常肾组织中Livin的表达。结果免疫组织化学及RT—PCR法检测38例肾细胞癌中Livin的阳性率分别为57．89％（22／38）、60．53％（23／38）；而10例正常肾组织中Livin均无表达，肾癌组和对照组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。Livin表达率与肾细胞癌的病理类型、临床分期、病理分级、肿瘤大小无明显相关性（P〉0．05）。结论Livin在肾癌的发生、发展中起重要作用，可能成为肾细胞癌的重要诊断指标和治疗靶点。Objective To study the expression of Livin,an apoptosis inhibitor,in tissues of renal cell carcinoma,and its significance. Methods Immunohistochemical and RT-PCR methods were used to detect the Livin expression in 38 cases of renal ceil carcinoma,and 10 cases of normal kidney tissue. Results The positive rate of Livin expression in renal cell carcinoma was 57.89% （22/38） ,60.53% （23/ 38） respectively by immunohistochemical and RT-PCR methods, higher than in normal renal tissue （P 〈 0.01 ）. There was no relationship between Livin expression and tumor size, histologic subtype, clinical stage and tumor grade of differentiation. Conclusion Livin had a relationship with biological behavior of renal cell carcinoma. Livin may play important roles in occurrence and progression of renal cell carcinoma. Livin can be important diagnostic/therapeutic targets in renal cell carcinoma.
