摘 要:以浙农113、龙井43、浙农139盆栽茶树为试验材料,研究新梢生育过程中的节间和展叶角度变化.结果表明,不同品种节间生长变化与新梢生长一样,遵循慢-快-慢"的S"型生育规律.3品种中,浙农139节间最长,龙井43节间较短.春季,鱼叶展后12 d节间生长量仅为最长生长量的50%左右,此时进行机采,破碎率高;18 d时,鲜叶原料不符合名优茶生产要求;鱼叶展后15 d,节间长度和展叶角度已达适合机采状态,此时机采可有效控制破碎率的增加.适当增施肥料,能增加节间生长长度,有利于机采.Changes in the internode length and blade angle during development of new tea shoots were investigated using potted plants of cultivars Zhenong 113, Longjing 43, and Zhenong 139. The results reveal that the development of internode length of the three tested cultivars followed an S-type curve. The internode length of Zhenong 139 was the longest, and that of Longjing 43 the shortest, with Zhenong 113 in between. The optimum time for machine-plucking was on the 15th day after the stunted-leaf was opened, at which the internode length and blade angle were most suitable for machine-plucking operation and the broken shoots and leaves were the least. If machine-plucking was performed on the 12th day after the stunted-leaf was opened, the percentage of broken leaves was high because the internode length was about half of its mature shoots. Whereas, the shoots would be mature not to be used as materials for processing high quality tea on the 18th day after the stunted-leaf was opened. It was also found that high levels of fertilization would increase the internode length and was in favor of machine-plucking.
