摘  要:安徽省对高校师范生的需求总量上供大于求,存在着明显的结构性短缺问题。引导和鼓励高校师范生(以下简称高师生)到基层基础教育岗位就业,对提高基层教师队伍素质,尤其是缓解皖北农村教师紧缺的困境有着非常重要的意义。文章从分析安徽省高师生实际供需状况着手,找出问题症结,提出政府加大政策支持力度、实施皖北支教计划、完善中学教师统一招考机制、设立基层就业市场、建立教师人事代理制度等有效途径。The supply of students of normal colleges in Anhui province exceeds the demand in general, and there is an evident structural shortage. It is of great importance to guide and encourage students of normal colleges (hereinafter referred to as normal students) to work at fundamental teaching posts at the grass -roots level, thereby improving the quality of teacher, especially lessening the severe shortage of teachers in rural areas in northern Anhui Province. Based on an analysis of the supply and demand of normal students in Anhui Province, this thesis makes an attempt to find out the causes of current problems and accordingly puts forward a series of solutions including the reinforcement of policy support by the governments, the implementation of voluntary teaching program in northern Anhui Province, the optimization of unified enrollment mechanism of teachers for middle schools, the forming of employment market at grass - roots area and the establishment of agent personnel management system for teachers.
