摘　　要：随着经营不确定性的增强,企业常常因为财务风险过大而陷入危机,作为企业领导和财务主管,应充分认识财务风险的危害,并通过财务指标的风险分析预测财务前景,发现财务隐患,提高风险意识以及对风险的防范能力,以保障企业健康持续的发展。With the increase of the operating uncertainty, enterprises usually get into crisis because of financial risks. As executives and financial supervisors of enterprises, it is necessary to be fully aware of the harm of financial risks and predict the financial prospects through risk analysis of financial index. Therefore, we can find out the potential hazards of finance and improve risk awareness as well as the ability to prevent the risks to ensure the sound and sustainable development of enterprises.
