摘 要:该文针对电液泵控差动缸系统常出现的超压、气蚀问题,提出了二位三通电磁换向阀的动态补偿控制,以平衡差动缸动态过程中流量的不对称,设计了控制系统,通过MATLAB7.6/Simulink-Simscape对系统进行了建模仿真,得出了系统在不同频率的正弦信号和阶跃信号下的位移跟踪特性曲线以及差动缸两腔压力响应曲线,并对仿真结果进行了分析。In this paper, a novel strategy is proposed that differential cylinder is controlled in the electrohydraulic pump controlled differential cylinder system,by means of the dynamic compensate control of 2-position,3-way magnetic direction valve, in order to solve the problems such as superpressure,cavitation,ete At same time, the flow of differential cylinder is balaced. The system control schematic is designed. By MATLAB7.6/Simulink-Simscape software,the model of system is established and simulated. The response cure of displacement and pressure is obtained and analyzed at sinusoidal signal of different frenquencies and step signal. The result of simulation is plesant, This is a theoretical reference value on designing the electrohydraulie pump controlled differential eylinder system.
