抗氧化剂联合应用治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究抗氧化剂联合应用治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法120例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为实验组和对照组,分别采用抗氧化剂和传统疗法进行治疗,4周后比较2组疗效和神经传导速度改善情况。结果2组患者临床症状和神经传导速度均有所改善,实验组显效率和神经传导速度增加幅度显著高于对照组。结论硫辛酸联合牛磺酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效显著,值得推广应用。Objective To study the efficacy of antioxidant in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy （DPN）. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with DPN were divided into experimental group and control group,which received antioxidant and traditional treatment respectively. Clinical efficacy and nerve conduction velocity were compared after 4 weeks. Results Clinical symptoms and nerve conduction velocity improved in both groups. Clinical efficacy and increase of nerve conduction velocity in experimental group were significantly higher than that in control group. Conclusion Application of ipoic acid combined with taurine is an effect treatment for diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
