摘　　要：研究的免疫放射诊断试剂盒采取二种单克隆抗体，分别用于包被和^125I的标记，与总的PSA所使用的单克隆抗体符合等克分子的要求，具有灵敏度高、特异性强的优点，同时采用包被管分离技术便于操作和使用。结合对总的PSA的检测可以为前列腺良性增生与恶性肿瘤的筛查和鉴别诊断提供参考。本法灵敏度为0．1ng/ml，批内变异CV为6％，批间变异10％，标准曲线范围为0．5—32ng／ml，参考值范围为当PSA〉4ng／ml时，FPSA／PSA〈0．1为阳性。To development a radio immunoassay （RIA） for FPSA using two kinds of monoclonal antibodies of FPSA used as coating and labeling material respeetively. These monoclonal abtibodies are high sensitive, more specificity and correspondsive with the equi molar of PSA S monoclina. At the same time, using coated tube technique, the operation of the kit is very simple. Combing the test of PSA, FPSA kit can play an important role to reconize the hyperplasia of prostate or prostate cancer The assay sensitivity of the kit is 0. lng/ml. The CV% within assay is 6% ,The CV% between assay is 10%. The expected values is that when PSA 〉 4ng/ml, FPSA/PSA 〈 0.1 is normal.
