摘  要:目的研究β-环糊精(β-CD)包合白术、木香混合挥发油的最佳工艺。方法以挥发油包合率为评价指标,对饱和水溶液法、研磨法及超声法进行了比较实验,采用正交实验法对优选出的包合方法的最佳包合工艺条件进行考察,并对包合物进行TLC检验。结果优选出的包合方法为研磨法,最佳包合工艺条件为:β-CD与挥发油的投料比为10g∶1ml,加3倍量水,研磨3h。混合挥发油包合前后,成分未见明显改变。结论实验为确认白术、木香混合挥发油的合理包合工艺提供了实验依据。Objective To study the best preparation of volatile oil of Radix Aucklandiae and Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae packed by β - Cyclodextrin(β - CD). Methods With the package rate of volatile oil as the evaluating indicator, the method of saturated water solution,trituration method,and ultrasound method were compared. Orthogonal design was used to select the best packed preparation condition of the best packed method, and the packed substance was detected with TLC. Results The best packed method was trituration and the best packed preparation conditions were as follows: β - CD :volatile oil = 10g:1 ml, adding 3 times water, triturating 3 hours. Before or after packing compound volatile oil, its contents had not obvious change. Conclusion The experience supplied proof for affirming the correct packed preparation of compound volatile oil of Radix Aucklandiae and Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae.
