摘 要:目的优选黄芪的最佳微波提取工艺。方法采用正交实验法。以干膏收率、多糖含量、黄芪甲苷含量为指标,对影响提取的因素进行考察。结果最佳微波提取工艺为提取时间25min,功率480W,提取1次,料液比1∶12(g∶ml)。结论通过重复验证实验表明优选出的工艺科学、经济,可有效节约资源,指导工业生产。Objective To optimize the extraction technique for Radix Astragali. Methods Conditions for the extraction were studied by orthogonal experimental design with the dried water decoeting rate and the contents of astragaloside and polyseaeeharide in the extract as indexes. Results The best technological conditions of the microwave extraction were using 20min, 480 W firepower, one time and the ratio of material to liquid was 1:12. Conclusion The optimal craft was indicated to be scientific and economic by repeated experiment, and it can be used to save resources and instruct industrial practice.
