摘 要:采用提拉法在CF4气氛中生长高质量掺Ce3+的LiYF4和LiLuF4晶体。测试了晶体的紫外光谱,并从配位场理论角度解释了Ce3+在2种氟化物晶体中紫外光谱特性的差异。结果表明:Ce3+在LiYF4晶体的吸收谱宽度比在LiLuF4晶体中更宽,Ce3+:LiYF4晶体的吸收峰和荧光峰的位置相对Ce3+:LiLuF4晶体的出现紫移。认为其主要原因是由于在LiYF4晶体中,Ce3+和相邻的F-的距离更近,Ce3+的d电子与F-之间的相互排斥作用更大。Ce^3+:LiYF4 and Ce^3+:LiLuF4 crystals were grown by the Czochralski method in CF4 atmosphere. The ultraviolet (UV) spectra of the crystals were measured. The difference in the UV spectra was discussed from the viewpoint of lattice deformations and the ligand field theory. The results show that the absorption band of Ce^3+ ions in LiYF4 crystal is wider than that in LiLuF4 crystal, and the absorbance and fluorescence peaks of the Ce^3+:LiYF4 crystal exhibit a blue shift compared with the Ce^3+:LiLuF4 crystal. Because the Ce^3+ and F^- are closer to each other in LiYF4 crystal than in LiLuF4 crystal, it is considered that these diversities come from the greater repellence between d electrons and F^- ions in LiYF4 crystal.
