富营养化城市湖泊水体生物膜的形态结构研究

摘  要:在武汉市大莲花湖、小莲花湖以及东湖三个富营养化湖泊水体中培养生物膜。对生物膜样品的重量分析表明,生物膜厚度随培养天数的增加而增大。在一定的生长时间后,0.3m水深处生物膜样品的干重大于1.5m水深处样品的干重。挥发性生物膜重随培养时间的延长呈现稳定的增长趋势,90d后东湖中培养的生物膜达到“稳态”。用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察生物膜的形态和结构表明,生物膜内大量存在着细菌、藻类、有机碎屑、原生动物和轮虫等。三个湖泊水体中培养的生物膜上检测到的藻类均以硅藻为主。大、小莲花湖生物膜上轮虫和原生动物的物种丰度无明显差别,东胡0.3m处生物膜上轮虫的种类丰度明显高于1.5m处。Biofilms were cultured in three eutrophic urban lakes in Wuhan City. The weights of biofilms were analyzed, and results showed that the thickness of biofilms increased with days. The dry weight of biofilms at the depth of 0.3m was higher than that at the depth of 1.5m. The volatile weight of biofilms showed a stable increase with days, biofilms in Lake Donghu reached steady state after 90d. On the basis of microscope and scanning electron microscope (SEM) analysis, various inhabitants such as sessile bacteria, algae and protozoa existed in the biofilms. Diatom (Bacillariophyeae) species were found to be dominant algae in each biofilm grown in the lakes investigated. There were no obvious differences between the species richness of protozoan and rotifers in Lake Dalianhuahu and Lake Xiaolianhuahu. The species richness of rotifers at the depth of 0.3 m was higher than that at the depth of 1.5 m in Lake Donghu.
