摘 要:对碳化硅粉进行整形后分级得到1.2μm(细粉)和100μm(粗粉)2种颗粒,对整形前后碳化硅粉的颗粒形貌、粒径分布、振实密度、素坯密度和料浆表观黏度的变化作了对比研究后发现:整形后的碳化硅颗粒球形度明显提高;细粉粒径由原始的双峰分布变为接近正态分布;细粉和粗粉的振实密度分别由原始的1.16g/cm3和1.71g/cm3提高到1.495g/cm3和1.905g/cm3;素坯的体积密度由2.5018g/cm3提高到2.6233g/cm3;在剪切速率为0.3s–1的条件下,细粉配制料浆的表观黏度由6700mPa·s降至1100mPa·s。结果表明:颗粒粒径接近正态分布,颗粒球形度得以提高是注浆碳化硅料浆粘度得以降低、成型素坯密度得以提高的主要原因,其中,细粉的整形对料浆表观黏度的降低和注浆素坯体积密度的提高贡献最大。The 1.2μm (fine powder) and 100μm(coarse powder) silicon carbide powder were prepared by the process of reshaping and classification. The pre and post reshaping technology, the difference of particle morphology, particle size distribution; tap density, green body density and apparent viscosity of slurry were analyzed. The sphericity of the reshaping silicon carbide powders were obviously improved. Compared to the wide bimodal distribution of initial fine powders, reshaping fine power exhibits narrow unimodal distribution that closes to typical normal distribution. The tap density of fine powder and coarse powder were increased from 1.16 g/cm^3 and 1.71 g/cm^3 to 1.495 g/cm^3 and 1.905 g/cm^3, respectively. The bulk density of green body was enhanced from 2.5018g/cm^3 to 2.6233g/cm^3. The apparent viscosity of shtrry prepared by free powder was decreases from 6 700mPa.s to 1100 mPa.s at the shear rate of 0.3 s^-1. Both the normal distribution of particle size and the closed spherical morphology are the main factor that leads to the lower apparent viscosity and the higher density of the green body, the reshaping fine powder gives the greatest contribution to the decrease of the apparent viscosity of slurry and the increase of green body.
