推拿手法配合中药熏蒸治疗落枕的临床疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:评价推拿手法配合中药熏蒸治疗落枕的疗效。方法:将160例落枕患者,分为推拿手法配合中药熏蒸组(治疗组)100例和中药熏蒸组(对照组)60例,治疗组采用推、拿、按、揉等手法并且配合中药熏蒸颈部进行治疗,对照组采用中药熏蒸颈部治疗30min。对落枕的总体疗效和临床症状体征的积分进行治疗前后比较和组间比较。结果:治疗组的总有效率为100%,对照组的总有效率为83%,手法治疗对于颈部活动受限、颈项痛、上肢疼痛症状均有明显改善(P<0.01),中药熏蒸治疗对颈部活动受限、颈项痛、上肢疼痛有改善(P<0.05)。结论::推拿手法配合中药熏蒸治疗落枕有良好的疗效。手法能够缓解颈部软组织痉挛,有助于颈部内外平衡的重建。手法配合熏蒸可以调节椎体活动节段的对应关系,并松解椎体小关节的粘连。Objective：To evaluate the efficacy of manipulation with fumigation on relieving the symptom of stiff neck. Method：We selected 160 patients with stiff neck and divided them into two groups： 100 cases in the treatment group received manipulation of pushing, holding, pressing, kneading plus fumigation on the pain position of the neck while 60 cases in the control group were given only fumigation for 30 minutes. We made an evaluation on the scores of the stiff neck＇s symptoms before and after the treatment. Results：The total effective rate was 100% in the treatment group and 83% in the control group. The manipulation significantly improved the symptoms such as neck limitation of activity, ache of the neck, and pain on the upper limbs （P〈0.01）, while fumigation largely improved the above symptoms （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Manipulation with fumigation has a good effect on stiff neck, helping the patients to resume the capacity of daily-life and work by remarkably relieving the symptom of neck ache and the radioactive ache of the limbs.
