摘　　要：液压缸在冶金设备中有重要地位,其故障直接影响生产。以冶金生产实践中的几起液压缸事故为例,分析冶金液压缸常见故障产生的原因,论述解决的方案以及改进后的效果。Hydraulic cylinders are important equipment in metallurgy industry. Cylinder malfunction will disrupt normal production directly. Taking as examples several hydraulic cylinder accidents in actual production, this paper analyzes causes of common cylinder malfunctions, and discusses the methods to solve those problems and the effects of those solutions.
