摘 要:采用成分准确的单晶样品进行磁性测量,得到了1.5~600K温度范围内整个ThMn12结构TbFe12-xTix(x=0.8~1.4)的磁相图。确定了TbFe11Ti的TSR为296K,在室温下为单轴各向异性的性质。实验指出,由于Ti原子对稀土亚晶格的强烈影响,TSR对Ti含量的变化十分敏感。同时,TC=560K不随Ti含量而变化,证明了Ti对Fe-Fe相互作用的影响很弱。当Ti含量较低(x≤1)时,磁晶各向异性表现出不可忽略的“易锥”过程。同时还发现面内各向异性的存在及其受温度变化影响的证据。本工作还讨论了在材料制备中包晶反应和Ti分凝现象对样品成分的影响。Single crystals of TbFe12-xTix have been grown by CZ method for magnetic measurementThe magnetic phase transition of TbFe12-xTix for the tetragonal ThMn12 structure in the composition range of x=08~14 has been illustrated from the data measured by ESM or VSM in the temperature range of 15~600KTbFe11Ti compound shows a uniaxial magnetic anisotropy at room temperature with TSR=296KExperimental results indicate that the TSR is very sensitive to the concentration of titanium,which implies the strong influence of Ti atoms on the rare earth sublatticesOn the other hand,the results show that the Curie temperature of the compound is a constant of 560K in the variation range of Ti concentration of x=08~14With low Ti content(x≤1),a obvious canted moment structure has been observed during the transition between easyplane and uniaxial anistropy.The influence of the material preparation on the TSRmeasurement has also been discussed
