摘  要:目的观察体外注射重组人促红细胞生成素(rhEPO)对大鼠脑出血时血肿周围脑组织氧自由基损伤的保护作用。方法采用立体定向技术将自体血注入大鼠尾状核建立脑出血模型,测定血肿周围脑组织匀浆中丙二醛(MDA)含量、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性以及脑组织含水量。结果与假手术组相比,脑出血模型组脑含水量与MDA含量均显著增高(P〈0.05),而GSH-Px与SOD活性均显著下降(P〈0.05)与脑出血模型组相比,rhEPO治疗组大鼠脑含水量与MDA含量显著下降(P〈0.05),而GSH-Px与SOD活性均显著增高(P〈0.05)。结论EPO对脑出血后血肿周围组织具有保护作用,其机制可能与抗自由基损伤有关。Objective To investigate the protective effect on oxygen free radicals damage after injecting human erythropoietin in rat cerebral hemorrhage in vitro.Metods Animal model of rat cerebral hemorrhage was established by injecting autologous blood into caudate nucleus with stereospecific techniques.Parameters were analysed including the content ofMDA,glutathione peroxidase activity,SOD activity, as well as brain tissue water content in brain tissue around hematoma.Results Compared with control group,it was significantly higher both about the water content of cerebral tissue and the content of MDA in Experimental groupⅠ (P〈0.05),while the activity of GSH-Px and SOD activity were decreased(P〈0.05).On the other hand,the water content of cerebral tissue and the content of MDA were decreased,the GSH-Px and SOD activity was significantly increased in Experimental group Ⅱ(rhEPO treatment) than Experimental group Ⅰ(P〈0.05).Conclusion EPO promoted the protective effect on brain tissue around hematoma,which may be the effect relating to the anti-free radical damage.
