平阳霉素联合曲安奈德局部注射治疗口腔颌面部静脉畸形的临床评价

摘　　要：目的观察平阳霉素联合曲安奈德局部注射治疗口腔颌面部静脉畸形的疗效及优越性。方法选择76例口腔颌面部静脉畸形患者，瘤体内注射平阳霉素及曲安奈德一定比例的混合溶液，间隔2—3周重复给药，2～5次为一疗程。结果治疗后随访6～24个月，治愈和基本治愈66例（86．85％），好转8例（10．52％），总有效率97．37％。结论平阳霉素联合曲安奈德局部注射治疗口腔颌面部静脉畸形是一种简便、安全、有效的治疗方法。Objective To observe the clinical effect and superiority of pinyangrnycin and triamcinolone injection in treatment of oral and maxillofacial venous malformation.Methods 76 cases of oral and maxillofacial venous malformation were injected with the mixed solution of pinyangrnycin and triamcinolone.Injection may be repeated in 2-3 weeks,totally 2-5 times.Results All cases were followed up from 6-24months ,66 cases （86.85%） were cured or nearly cured,and 8 cases （10.52%） improved.The total efficiency was 97.37%.Conclusion This method is a simple, safe and effective therapy to venous malformation in oral and maxillofacial region.
