手术治疗外伤性睫状体脱离的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨外伤性睫状体脱离的临床特点及手术治疗效果。方法13例行睫状体脱离缝合复位术治疗，1例行玻璃体切割术。术后随访1～3个月。结果8例于术后3d内眼压恢复正常；2例出现一过性高眼压；2例手术后眼压仍较低。14例术后视力均有不同程度提高。结论睫状体脱离缝合复位术是治疗眼挫伤后睫状体脱离的有效方法，有利于恢复眼压，保护视功能。Objective To investigate the clinical manifestations and surgical prognoses in patients with traumatic cyclodialysis.Method Direct cyclopexy was done in 13 eyes,Vitrectomy in 1 eye with traumatic cyclodialysis, follow-up visit 1-3 months.Result Intraocular pressure normalized in 8 eyes in 3 days after direct cyclopexy; intraocular hypertension in 2 eyes; intraocular hypotension in 2 eyes.Postoperative visual acuities were better than preoperative values in 14 eyes.Conclusions Direct cyclopexy is an efficient method for traumatic cyclodialysis.It is profit in intraocular pressure normalization and protect visual function.
