摘　　要：在深入解析企业群知识协同概念及协同要素的基础上,构建企业群知识协同过程模型,分析知识协同4阶段,包括酝酿、形成、运行、终止所涉及的知识协同活动,并进一步探讨支持企业群知识协同运作的支撑平台,为群体有效实施知识协同,增强协同运作成效提供指导建议。On the basis of describing the principle and essential elements of knowledge collaboration, this paper constructs knowledge collaboration procedural model for enterprise clusters, and analyses the involved knowledge collaboration activities in four knowledge collaboration phases,includig brewing, forming, running and termination. Then this paper expatiates on the support platform that supports for knowledge collaboration operation. It gives some suggestions available to implement knowledge collaboration and improve collaboration effect for clusters.
