摘 要:为了研究山芹菜(Spuriopimpinnella brachycarpa(Kom.)kitagawa)籽精油的化学组成,采用超临界CO2流体萃取法(SFE-CO2)与水蒸气蒸馏法(SDE)提取了山芹菜籽中的挥发油,采用气相色谱质谱联用仪(GC-MS)分别对超临界油与水蒸气油的挥发性成分进行了分析,同时对SFE-CO2油进行了甲酯化,采用GC-MS分析了脂肪酸组成。结果表明:从SFE-CO2油中分离出28种组分,保留时间4~17min;从SDE油中分离出16个组分,保留时间4~10min;对SFE-CO2油甲酯化后的分析结果表明,SFE-CO2油中含有棕榈酸、硬脂酸、油酸和亚油酸4种脂肪酸。表明SFE-CO2方法不仅能够萃取如脂肪酸乙酯类沸点较高的挥发性成分,还能提取难挥发的脂肪酸类化合物。An experiment was conducted to study the chemical composition of the essential oil from the seed of Spuriopimpinella brachycarpa by the methods of supercritical carbon dioxide fluid extraction ( SFE-CO2 ) and steam distillation extraction (SDE). The chemical constituents were analyzed by means of capillary gas chromatography, combined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS). The essential oil extracted by SFE-CO2 was treated by methyl esterification and its fatty acid components were analyzed by GC-MS. Results showed that 28 constituents were identified from the essential oil by SFE-CO2 and the retention time ranged from 4 to 17 minutes, while 16 constituents were identified from the essential oil by SDE and the retention time between 4 and 10 minutes. The analysis of methyl esterification shows that the essential oil by SFE-CO2 contains four kinds of fatty acids, including palmitic acid, stearic acid, oleic acid, and linoleic acids. The method of SFE-CO2 could not only extract high boiling components including fatty-acid ethyl esters, but also extract some chemical components such as fatty acids, which are difficult to volatilize.
