摘  要:提出了三角网格表面数控加工圆弧样条刀轨生成方法。通过一组变行距的截平面和三角网格表面的等距面求交,计算无干涉直线刀轨的刀位点;将刀位点分为三种类型,采用分段拟合的最小二乘法进行拟合,在拟合过程中去除不同类型的多余的刀位点;将刀轨偏差映射为刀位点的拟合偏差,对刀位点处的拟合精度进行修正;对得到的直线-圆弧刀轨进行过渡处理,生成了G1连续的、高精度圆弧样条刀轨。实例表明了上述方法的有效性。An approach to generate arc spline tool path of triangular mesh surface was proposed. CL(cutter location) points of interference--free line tool path were obtained by intersecting offset surface of triangular mesh surface with a series of parallel drive surfaces of variable path interval, and these points were classified into three categories and the redundant points of each category were removed with the least square fitting separately,then the fitting precision of CI. points was revised by mapping tool path deviation into fitting deviation. After transition process of line--arc tool path, the developed arc spline tool path holds G^1 continuity and high precision. Experimental result indicates that the presented approach is effective.
