摘  要:采用微波消解法处理山楂样品,通过火焰原子吸收光谱法测定山楂中镁、钙、铁、锌、锰、铅、铬和铜8种金属元素的含量。对硝酸与高氯酸的体积比、消解功率和消解时间进行了试验并予以优化。吸光度与8种金属元素的质量浓度在一定范围内呈线性关系。应用此法测得山楂中只含有镁、钙、铁、锌和锰5种元素,测得结果分别为1.49,3.15,0.86,0.003,0.052mg·g^-1,加标回收率在94.2%~109.3%之间。Trace amounts of Mg, Ca, Fe, Zn, Mn, Pb, Cr and Cu in hawthorn were determined by flame atomic absorption spetrometry. The sample was treated by microwave assisted sample digestion. Influential factors, including the volume ratio of HNO3 and HClO4 used for sample digestion, power of microwave in digestion, and time of digestion were studied and optimized. Linear relationships between values of absorbances and mass concentrations of the 8 metal elements were obtained in a definite range. Only 5 elements, i. e. , Mg, Ca, Fe, Zn and Mn, were found in hawthorn as determined by the proposed method, and their contents obtained were 1.49, 3. 15, 0. 86, 0. 003 2 and 0. 052 mg·g^-1 respectively. Values of recovery found by standard addition method were in the range of 94. 2%-109.3%.
