摘　　要：湖泊丰富的水资源不仅为人类提供了防洪、灌溉、供水、航运、调节径流之便,同时也为维护生物多样性,调节气候和改善生态环境起到重要的作用,因此维护健康湖泊意义重大。长江流域湖泊地区资源丰富,湖泊作为流域的重要组成部分,流域规划要立足于全局,保护和利用好湖泊资源。阐述了湖泊资源是长江流域可持续发展的重要支撑,阐明了健康湖泊的内涵,深入分析了流域规划对维护健康湖泊的作用,论述了新时期维护健康湖泊对流域规划的要求,提出了适应维护健康湖泊的要求编制好流域规划的重点。Lake resources is rich in the Yangtze River Basin.As an important part of the basin,the basin planning should be based on global situation and the lake resources in the basin should be protected and utilized well.The lake resources are the important support for sustainable development.This paper illustrates the connotation of healthy lake,deeply analyzes the role of the basin planning in healthy lake maintenance,presents the requirement of healthy lake to the basin planning in new periods.
