青少年高脂血症危险因素临床抽样调查

摘　　要：目的探讨与青少年高脂血症发病有关的危险因素。方法采用整群抽样调查方法对387例学生的身高、体重、体重指数(BMI)、坐高、腰围、上臂围进行测定,并用酶法检测血脂:总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)。采用坐高、腰围、上臂围、体重指数(BMI)来反映身体肥胖程度,进一步分析这些指标与血脂浓度的关系。结果 387例学生中,共检出高脂血症患者48例,总检出率为12.4%。高脂血症组:坐高、腰围、上臂围、体重指数(BMI)4项指标明显高于正常组,两组间差异有显著性(P<0.05);坐高、腰围、上臂围、体重指数(BMI)这4项指标与TG均呈高度显著正相关(P<0.01),与HDL-C均呈高度显著负相关(P<0.01)。结论正常组与高脂血症组坐高、腰围、上臂围、体重指数(BMI)4项指标存在明显差异;坐高、腰围、上臂围、体重指数均是影响甘油三酯和高密度脂蛋白的危险因素;肥胖是青少年高脂血症危险因素之一。Objective To discuss the risk factor of hyperlipidemia in teenager by sampling students. Methods 387 students were investigated by cluster sampling by the Department of pediatrics of the people Hospital of Dongguan. Height, weight, sitting height, waistline, upper arm girth were measured, and both body surface areas and body mass index（BMI） were calculated, and enzym test was used to measure serum TC,TG, HDL - C and LDL - C. We used sitting height, waistline, upper arm girth and BMI to reflect the obesity, and analyzed the relation between these indexes and blood lipids levels. Resnits Of 387 students,48 were found to have hyperlipidemia, and the proportion was 1 2.4%. The sitting height, waistline, upper arm girth and BMI of teenager with hyperlipidemia, were evidently different from those of the normal subjects（ P 〈 0. 05 ） ;A positive correlation was highly remarkable between these indexes and serum TG （P 〈 0.01 ） , and a negative eorelation was highly remarkable between these indexes and serum HDL - C （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Results suggest that sitting height, waistline, upper arm girth and BMI are the risk factors of hyperlipidemia in teenager. Obesity is one of the risk factor of hyperlipidemia in teenager.
