超声乳化晶状体吸出术治疗原发性闭角型青光眼的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨超声乳化吸出术对原发性闭角型青光眼的临床效果。方法收集原发性闭角型青光眼患者56例(61眼),利用超声乳化晶状体吸出术联合囊袋内人工晶状体植入术对其治疗,对比观察手术前后患者的视力、眼内压、前房深度、房角关闭情况。结果治疗后,68.9%原发性青光眼患者的视力有所提高;眼压控制良好,而且急性闭角型青光眼组优于慢性闭角型青光眼组;术后前房深度增加、房角开放。结论超声乳化晶状体吸出术联合囊袋内人工晶状体植入术能良好的控制眼压,迅速提高视力,而且操作安全简捷,可以作为本病的初始治疗方法。Objective To study the clinical effect of primary closed - angle glaucoma treating with the supersonic emulsified suction- extraction. Methods To collect 56 patients （61 eyes） with primary closed - angle glaucoma and treat with the supersonic emulsified phacoerysis combining with implantation of artificial lens, then to observe eomparely patients＇ acuity of vision, intraocular pressure, anterior chamber depth and angle closure. Results The acuity of vision with 68.9% of patients increased. Their intraocular tension were controlled favourably, and the patients in acute group were better than those in chronic group. The anterior chamber depth increased and angle were open. Conclusions It can control the intraocular tension favourably and increase the acuity of vision rapidly and is safe and simple to treat the primary closed - angle glaucoma with the supersonic emulsified phacoerysis combining with implantation of artificial lens.
