摘 要:目的探讨甲状腺乳头状癌(PTC)组织SLeX和nm23 H1基因蛋白表达与肿瘤侵袭转移的关系。方法应用微波-链霉菌素-生物素(微波-LSAB)法检测69例PTC组织SLeX和nm23 H1蛋白的表达。结果 SLeX和nm23H1阳性率分别为69.6%和56.5%,SLeX阳性表达与PTC的侵袭转移呈正相关(P<0.05);nm23 H1阳性表达与PTC的侵袭转移呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 SLeX和nm23H1表达与PTC侵袭转移密切相关,联合检测可作为判断PTC预后的参考指标。Objective To investigate the correlation of expression of SLeX and nm23H1 gene protein with the potential of invasion and metastasis in papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC). Methods The expression of SLeX and and nm23H1 gene protein in 69 cases of PTC were studied by microwave - labelled strept - avidin biotin method. Resuits The positive rates of SLeX and nm23H1 in PTC were 69.6% and 56. 5% respectively. There was a positive correlation between SLeX expression and the tumor invasive and metastasic potential in PTC ( P 〈 0.05 ). There was a negative correlation between nm23H1 expression and the tumor invasive and metastasic potential in PTC (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Expression of SLeX and nm23H1 protein were closely correlated with the invasive and metastasic potential in PTC. SLeX and nm23H1 could be considered as prognostic indications for PTC.
