摘 要:目的探讨细胞周期素G1和G2在膀胱移行细胞癌(尿路上皮癌)中的表达及临床意义。方法收集武汉大学人民医院病理科2000-2006年有完整临床和病理资料的膀胱移行细胞癌存档蜡块50例和5例癌旁组织,采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测50例膀胱移行细胞癌和5例癌旁组织中细胞周期素G1和G2的表达水平。采用HPIAS-1000高清晰度彩色病理图文报告管理系统,对细胞周期素G1和G2的表达进行定量分析,并用SPSS11.5软件对各组免疫组织化学反应阳性颗粒的平均光密度、阳性面积率做单因素方差分析和SNK(q)检验。结果细胞周期素G1在膀胱移行细胞癌中呈高表达,癌旁组织中呈低表达。而细胞周期素G2在膀胱移行细胞癌中呈低表达,癌旁组织中呈高表达。膀胱移行细胞癌与癌旁组织相比,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。随着移行细胞癌组织中细胞周期素G1表达的增高,周期素G2的表达却显著下降,两者呈显著负相关(P<0.01)。结论细胞周期素G1和G2在膀胱移行细胞癌与癌旁组织中对细胞周期调控和/或DNA修复起了重要作用,并参与了诱导细胞凋亡的过程。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of cyclin G1 and cyclin G2 in transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder (TCCB) . Methods Specimens from 50 cases of clinical and pathologically confirmed TCCB and 5 cases of paracancerous tissues from the Department of Pathology in Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University from year 2000 to 2006 were collected. We examined the expression of cyclin G1 and cyclin G2 by using immunohistochemical technique. The average optical density and the rate of positive area were analyzed using Image HPIAS-2000 Analysis System. Results More expression of cyclin G1 expression and less expression of cyclin G2 dectected in TCCB. But in paracancerous tissues the expression of cyclin G2 was higher than cyclin G1, with significant differences (P〈0.05) . In TCCB, the expressions of eyclin G1 and cyclin G2 were negatively coyrelated (P〈0.01) . Conclusion Cyclin G1 and cyclin G2 have important effects in TCCB on cell cycle regulation and/or DNA repair, and participate in the proceses of induing apoptosis.
