ERK1/2和p-ERK1/2在肺癌组织中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的研究细胞外信号调节激酶1/2(extracellular regulated kinase 1/2,ERK1/2)及其磷酸化状态(p-ERK1/2)在不同分化程度肺癌中的表达情况,探讨二者与肺癌侵袭、转移的关系。方法采用免疫组化(Envision)法,检测79例肺癌组织及l2例癌旁正常肺组织中ERK1/2和p-ERK1/2的表达。结果ERK1/2在高、中、低分化组表达率分别为13.6%,39.4%,66.7%,p-ERK1/2在高、中、低分化组表达率分别14.3%,27.3%,79.2%(P<0.05);无淋巴结转移者阳性率为20%,有淋巴结转移者阳性率为50.1%(P<0.05)。ERK1/2和p-ERK1/2的表达在不同年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、肿瘤病理类型无显著性差异,而与分化程度有关,其中p-ERK1/2的表达还与有无淋巴结转移有关。结论ERK1/2和p-ERK1/2在肺癌组织中高表达且与分化程度有关。Objective To detect the expression of ERK1/2 and p-ERK1/2 in different lung cancer and research the relationship between the two factors and the lung cancer. Methods The expression of ERK1/2 and p-ERK1/2 in different human lung cancers were detected by immunohistochemistry techniques. Results The expression of ERK in the poorly, moderate and well differentiated groups was 13.6%, 39.4% and 66.7%, respectively, while the expression of p-ERK1/2 was 14. 3%, 27. 3% and 79.2% （P〈0. 05）. The positive rate was 51.3% in cases with lymph node metastasis and 20% in those without. The expressions of ERK1/2 and p-ERK1/2 proteins were related with differentiation degree of lung cancer, but not with sex, age, pathological type and site or size of tumor; and the expression of p- ERK1/2 was also related with Lymph node metastasis. Conclusion ERK1/2 and p-ERK1/2 protein expressed more in different human lung cancer, they may play important roles in the occurrence and development of lung cancer.
