车轮钢Ⅱ型裂纹的疲劳及断裂试验研究

摘　　要：通过试验测定了车轮钢Ⅱ型裂纹的疲劳扩展速率、断裂韧性ＫⅡＣ和应力强度因子范围门槛值ΔＫｔｈ，绘制了ｄａｄＮ—ΔＫⅡ曲线，确定了Ｐａｒｉｓ公式，计算了轮辋裂纹的临界尺寸，根据轮辋裂纹的失效尺寸，计算了车轮的疲劳扩展寿命。为研究轮辋裂纹的扩展规律提供了重要的理论依据。The paper introduces the experiment by which we determined the mode Ⅱ crack fatigue propagation rate of the wheel steel,the mode Ⅱ fracture toughness and the fatigue threshold of the wheel steel.A curve of the mode Ⅱ stress intensity factor range and the crack growth rate is drawn to establish the Paris formula and the critical size of rim crack is computed.According to the failure size of the rim crack,we calculate the fatigue propagation lifetime of railway car wheels.This experiment provides an important theoretical basis for studying the propagation law of rim crack.
