生长抑素辅助治疗上消化道大出血疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨生长抑素辅助治疗上消化道大出血的临床疗效。方法采用生长抑素联合泮托拉唑治疗36例上消化道大出血患者,并与单独使用泮托拉唑的对照组进行疗效比较。结果治疗组在生长抑素辅助下联合泮托拉唑治疗上消化道大出血的临床疗效明显优于单独使用泮托拉唑的对照组。结论在生长抑素辅助下联合泮托拉唑治疗上消化道大出血的疗效是迅速而肯定的,并且使用方便安全,实为上消化道大出血内科治疗的有效措施之一。Objective Explore the adjuvant treatment of Somafostatin on gastrointestinal hemorrhage clinical efficacy. Methods Somafostatin United Pantoprozole treatment of 36 cases of upper gastrointestinal bleeding in patients with Pantoprozole alone the effects of control group. Results Treatment group in the United Somafostatin-assisted Pantoprozole treatment on clinical efficacy of gastrointestinal hemorrhage was superior to Pantoprozole alone controt group. Conclusions Somafostatin assisted in the United Pantoprozole treatment on gastrointestinal hemorrhage effect was swift and sure, and easy-to-use safety, it is indeed for the medical treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding, one of effective measures.
