摘 要:目的了解超重肥胖者对低血糖生成指数饮食和运动的依从性,为开展切实有效的减重措施提供科学依据。方法选取社区超重肥胖者为研究对象,试验组采取低血糖生成指数饮食和快速步行运动干预,对照组采取食物交换份法和自定运动方式干预,干预6周后进行统一问卷调查,比较两组人群的饮食和运动依从性。结果干预组饮食依从性高的人占47.83%,运动依从性高的人占41.85%,干预组饮食和运动依从性均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.323、P=0.001;χ2=8.431、P=0.004)。结论超重肥胖者的饮食运动依从性较低,相对而言,低血糖生成指数减重饮食和步行运动的依从性较高,加强人群健康教育,建立良好的饮食运动习惯势在必行。Objective To study the over- weight and obese people's compliance with low glycemic index diet and exercise and to provide scientific basis for carrying out effective weight - losing measures. Methods Over - weight and obese people were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. The experimental group was treated with low glycemic index diet and fast - walk. The control group was treated with food exchange portion and common exercise . After six weeks, diet and exercise compliance of both groups were measured. Results In the experimental group, high diet compliance rate was 47.83%, while high exercise compliance rate 41.85%, both were higher than those of the controls. There were statistically significant differences in both diet and exercise compliance between the two groups (Χ^2 = 10.323, P = 0.001; Χ^2 = 8. 431, P = 0.004). Conclusion Over - weight and obese people have a lower compliance with diet and exercise. Comparatively, they have a higher compliance of low glycemic index diet and walking exercise. It is of significant importance to enhance the health education and form a habit of healthy diet and exercise.
