摘 要:以瓯江彩鲤为试验对象,采用静水换水法研究了Cu2+、Cd2+对瓯江彩鲤的急性毒性效应.其目的在于评价水环境中Cu2+和Cd2+对瓯江彩鲤的影响,为瓯江彩鲤的养殖水质风险评价提供一定的参考依据.结果表明,Cu2+、Cd2+对瓯江彩鲤均具有潜在的毒性效应,Cu2+对瓯江彩鲤24,48,72和96h的LC50分别为0.18,0.13,0.09和0.08mg.L-1,Cd2+对瓯江彩鲤24,48,72和96h的LC50分别为6.23,5.48,4.71和4.56mg.L-1;Cu2+和Cd2+对瓯江彩鲤的毒性顺序为Cu2+>Cd2+;瓯江彩鲤死亡率与Cu2+、Cd2+浓度均呈二次曲线关系,Cu2+、Cd2+对瓯江彩鲤的安全浓度分别为0.008、0.46mg.L-1.To evaluate the effect of copper and cadmium on C. Carpio. var. color and assess the risk of water quality for breeding, the acute toxicity of copper and cadmium to C. carpio, var. color are determined in static bioassay tests. The results show that there are potential toxic effects of copper and cadmium on C. Carpio. var. color, and the 24, 48, 72 and 96 h median lethal concentrations of copper are 0.18, 0.13, 0.09 and 0.08 mg/L respectively; the 24, 48,72 and 96 h median lethal concentrations of cadmium are 6. 23, 5. 48, 4. 71, 4. 56 mg/L. The acute toxicities of Cu^2+ and Cd^2+ are in the sequence of Cu^2+ 〉Cd^2+ ; the mortality rate of the C. carpio, var. color with the concentrations of Cu^2+ and Cd^2+ are in conice relationship and its safe concentration for C. carpio, var. color of copper and cadmium are 0. 008, 0.46 mg · L^-1 respectively.
