摘　　要：理论运动是20世纪40年代末至80年代美国教育管理思想发展史上的重大事件。它有力地推动了美国教育管理理论研究和学科的发展。回溯国内外理论运动的研究状况,旨在对这一重大事件进行全面详细地梳理和剖析,以增进和改善我们的教育管理理论知识。Theorectical movements mark the great events of American education management during 1940s through the end of 1980s, which is thought of as helpful with the development of the theoretical researches. The writer relates with the development of Chinese education management.
